Our Founding Story
From Idea to Action
During our Master Seminar at the Berlin School of Economics and Law, we were repeatedly approached by participating companies, asking if we could organize an interdisciplinary and co-creative process to collaboratively solve complex questions about products and processes with researchers.
This idea inspired us. In the fall of 2023, we decided to develop exactly such a process that connects research and practice. In the spring of 2024, we founded NOVISIO and immediately successfully implemented the first projects.

About the HWR Seminar
Become Part of Our Master Seminar and Living Lab: Ecological Transformation as a Success Driver.
Since 2022, we have been conducting the interdisciplinary and international Master Seminar „Ecological Transformation as Success Factor for SMEs“ at the Berlin School of Economics and Law (HWR).
In this seminar, 4 to 6 companies present real challenges from their ecological transformation. Interdisciplinary student teams work in a structured process following the principles of Evaluation – Exploration – Implementation to develop tailored solutions.
The results speak for themselves: In just 14 weeks, creative and actionable solutions are developed, and several companies have already successfully implemented parts or entire approaches.
For the next seminar in the summer semester of 2025, we are still looking for companies ready to address their questions regarding circular economy and ecological transformation with committed Master’s students.
